My wife says it reads 'Chinese speaking' or 'Chinese lecture'.

So if you are going for 'Chinese Talk', I guess it makes sense.

Since I can read Chinese, yes, it really says "China Lecture".

中国 is China, or of Chinese origin.
讲座 is Lecture, but if you separate the 2 words, 讲 is Speak/Talk and 座 is Seat/Sit.

Chinese would be 中文, referring to the language as opposed to the country.

Though only this thread (and others) still shows the original forum name (not the renamed one). Bug?
