If evo heads had known who was playing that untag and if he'd requested it of us, we probably would have put him on DNH; as it is, evo members will hit any untag that is marked neutral, especially if they don't know who runs it. We will put certain countries on DNH if they have close ties to us or are obvious threats.
Finally did the signature thing.
