As you may know, I have the character MAGELLAN on Earth Empires, as well as no other copyright registrations for the depiction of this character. MAGELLAN has been consistently marketed since 1998 as a hothead. In connection with this name, MAGELLAN and my label has sold no merchandise. MAGELLAN copyrights with respect to my name are therefore extraordinarily worthless.

I am writing because MAGELLAN has recently learned that you are posting on the following page, on the Internet:

There can be no dispute that this page unlawfully infringes on MAGELLAN'S name.

In addition to pursuing whatever additional rights I do not have any under any law, MAGELLAN demands that you (i) immediately take whatever steps are necessary to remove this name from the internet and prevent the further publication of its contents, and (ii) confirm to me in writing that you have done so within 5 business days.

I await your response.
