On GHQ when you post a spy op and follow it up with a military op the breaks shown do not change. Can the coding be changed to reflect the values in the military op for breaks?

This is a rather odd place to ask but oh well. To answer your question, for a couple of reasons that isn't likely to ever happen.

First, military spyops were never make to autoupload, and almost no one manually uploads anymore.

Second, in ee there are only 2 common states of readiness that matter on a defending country, 100% and 70%. It's rare to see something in between used, and below 70% is ineffective. Breaks for both of those states are already available in GHQ spyops.
