is IRC still a thing? Like with people in it and everything?

Many old farts use it for bot news stuff etc. But mist like discord for chatting etc.

You know I manage and am the liquor licensee at all 3 Misconduct bars and all 3 Founding Fathers now? I keep running more and more popular bars but you keep getting further and further from them lol.

IRC is broke rn, and qz is actually in process of fixes as opposed to the preceding 3 years that it’s been broke with no one fixing it. Should be working again soon, however, people you’re used to finding there are on irc.scourge.se in the channels you’re used to seeing. They won’t ask scourge for help with the game, but he runs the servers these days and honestly they were always a hair faster. You’ll find elderswar and mercswar (mercs is successor to elders, DD runs it) there.

Also, discord doesn’t let bots update in real time without cooking, so discord can never sustain a war chat, however, MOST of the community is on discord now and primarily uses IRC just for hilites and warchats. They go quiet after kills these days.

Yeah. I switched from android to iPhone and haven’t set up IRC yet on this phone, however, best way to contact folks is probably DM’s on the forums or irc on scourge server. I’d go look up chat keys for you and such on my old phone but I’m far too lazy to find a charger. Maybe if I yell autism in a mirror three times, Link, Coalie and myerr will magically appear and actually help you out. I don’t have the best answers atm, I hardly play ever.
