1) xMLx never confirmed your police action which is typical of any policing, and thus your action is not valid

2) If this were anything other than SoF creating a fluffstorm for all of their pacted allies, you would personally contact them and give them a real warning of 24-48 hours because not everyone reads the forums, and members of alliances don't even read their own forums every 24 hours.

3) You threaten pacted alliances every set for "two-stepping" on "your" suiciders yet two-step every chance you get. Either add it to your pacting terms or stop pretending like you rule the server.

PS this doesn't affect me in any way; I'm not a part of any alliances involved, but as an outside observer, this looks like a typical SoF-wants-war-so-let's-bully-everyone-into-it move.

This is not a new policy - we have had it for several resets. We do not need to notify every alliance that we are enforcing a long standing policy. If your alliance hasn't notified us that you are retalling land grabs specifically this set, does that mean that we don't have to recognize your retals?

Uh ponderer, when did I say this is a new policy. See #3, specifically the part where you do this "every set."

The issue is that every time you do this, people respond that it is a retarded policy and that it is first come first serve in regards to land like this; the other primary issue is that you are very hypocritical about it. You know, as in, you consistently farm other people's suiciders but only complain when it happens to you. Start of the ICN war its was about 25-30 vs 15. Once sof got fsed about 20 people rejoined after spam messages and made new countries. At the end of that set another 20 or 30. Another bunch then joined and Rage merged. After that people remembered why they stopped playing Earth the first time and we stabalised around 50.

Oh bullfluff Flamey, and that surprises me because of who you are. iMag has Never been larger than SOF, and believe me I kept tabs on clan sizes compared to us. SOF had 35 tagged, whether they were active or not I don't recall checking, but that's beside the fact that it was 15.

1.) since when do you have to confirm police? EVO declared police for MD without their consent two sets ago and almost got FS'd for it because of it. Sounds like a made up rule to me.

2.) Ivan personally contacted our allies at the time of his first post telling them it was real. for evo i believe it was QZ.

3.) in past sets there was nothing we could really do without looking totally silly because they were untaggeds. coulnd't blame people for being opportunists. This set we formally dec'd on a TAG and expected people to respect the war standard war DNH. and as such we were policing for both sides. we are not singling out anyone who made hits on MLx every tag has been contacted
