Not so fast ! they pay for them selves in Express! and in Alliances, I collect them to commit espionage, and on the last day of the set I will sell all my spies for $152, each, that's big money in the bank.

Confirmed, Ratski collects spies and then sells them, he's a spy trafficker.. ..

I don't steal from live players and I don't have labs in alliances, or express but I do have 2,501,590 tech points from espionage from Bots. The strange part is I can't rob banks in Alliances, but I can steal all the tech I want, and by not wasting time building lab, I build farms or Res/Busi. In Express Bots are like banks just begging to be robed, a great source of cash, I just have to find the fat ones. I have to laugh at players who try to spy on me, because my spies kill theirs and so it was a waste of turns and a loss of their spies.
