I did mine on the go while in the middle of a war chat. I realized we didn’t have one prepared, I kept mine short and succinct with a clear defined goal.

If you want to netgain go to coop and if you want a random chance of war popping up (esp. if you didn't pact every alliance on the server) then you should play the Alliance server like it is Earth: 2025 and be on alert when you see another clan stocking turns.
