So the thing that I get messaged about the most is resetting account passwords on Boxcar. The conversation usually goes something like this:

Person: "Hey, how can I reset my master account password?"
Me: "Sorry, that is broken and there's no real secure way to do it"
Person, now angry: "Well, fluff you!"

Maybe not that harsh, but that's the typical exchange.
