I think we added it actually... but I'd have to defer to pang for that, I haven't looked at it in a bit...

the link isn't on the portal, you have to actually login to one of your countries.

Once logged into a country, the link is at the very bottom second from the left(next to link for portal).

Would rather it on the portal, but at least its there.
