I've been spying same one for 3 straight hours,20 minutes inbetween and his available turns are always the same,also he had 200k troops,no allies,less tech than me,I sent 250k troops on GS and failed,I think military counts may also not be accurate,or maybe I under sent?

Turns don't change until he logs in.

Well that sux!,especially when you're at war,part of the strategy for war is knowing how many turns you oponenet has :/

Had wep tech?

Or were you a sucky Republic?
