oils on sale for way over 1k while a player in my clan cant put any on for more then 999

Apparently you *should* be able to sell oil for as high as $9999, but the game won't let you put it up for more than $999 under normal circumstances. somebody has figured out how to sell it for more, putting everyone else at a MAJOR disadvantage. Price is at least $4k now. Yes.. it is selling.

at 4k per barrel its way better to make own oil.

i'd like to see his/her face who bought it and his/her face who sold it (unless it was intra tag deal).

Marshal - thats only true if the acres are barren, and oil prices stay at $4k for an extended time
If someone is going to build oil rigs for two days, and then tear them down 48 hours later, and their landsize is large enough, then its better to just buy $4k oil than to build oil rigs and tear them down 2 days later when oil prices drop back below $300
