Alteratively to removing it, it could be set to filled for tourney. That way you can't spend on it again.

I don't know if they can 'give' a bonus to countries, but i know they can adjust bonus systems in each server differently..

just removing the existence of it on Tournament servers probably is the easy way

"Giving" the bonus is just a matter of setting the default parameter for that db field to 1 instead of 0 at the point of creation. Removing the bonus means deleting lines of code and possible removing the db column, if not it's a small waste of server storage.

I just thought they wanted to avoid having 6 different rule/bonus systems for 6 different servers. At least avoiding needless variation.
