i created a bunch (~6) with one name in FFA

then i lost another 2, created them with the same name as the other 6

then i lost 1 more, and when i tried to name it the same as the other 8, i got a country name already in use error....

ummmm??? are you allowed to have same name or arent you?

it seems if you make more than 1 country at once, then you can use same names as other living countries still, but if you're on the single country creation page, it denies you from using the same name...

definitely a bug...
