I assume this isnt intentional, because were it intentional it would make no sense. But BR's that dont break, dont remove dr from the attacking country, but they do add dr to the defending country.

While i haven't tested it i wouldn't be surprised if it were the same for gs/ab etc.

I have had non-breaking GSes take out of DR a few sets ago. What news you looking at SS? This seems surprising

take a look at any of the sol leeming countries that run just dh's, they arnt removing any dr with their hits.

I am quite curious as to whether this is intentional as well. I've noticed lack of removal of dr for failed attacks for all AB/GS/BR several times this set, though failed ss/ps still cause dr to be removed iirc.

It is intentional... I don't like it, but it is :P

The rules were copied over. I can only make educated guesses regarding the original reasons for calculating DR that way, if there even were any.

Some players in FFA rely on DR working this way :(

failed gs/br/ab removed 0.25 dr per hit on earth2025... successful gs/br/ab removed 0.5 dr per hit on earth2025.

But having been through this before, i know you deny that to be true.
