You can't drop it for the exact same reason you took it and want to drop it :P

It's in place to allow folks a fair retal - it has nothing to do with aggression, other than allowing folks to return the favor if they see fit, and not get screwed by someone dropping the land they just grabbed.

i started with 8k land, shouldn't i be able to drop the 8k

so if you grab land, you can't drop ANY for 72 ?

they should give you the option to hire a doctor to liposuction the land off, or send Hagrid to zap a little piggy tail on to your fat round bottom. send more nukes if you don't want to keep the land.

Tie was trying to kill me, so I grabbed 50k, but I couldn't downsize and they got me because of that "fix". They started the fight with me. I was just trying to finish it.

Zip if you start with 8k land and do a huge top feed for 4k then drop the 8k your now only 4k and their is no way to reatal

I'm talking landkills.
Like the types done in Tourney A rounds to knock players out as soon as they're out the door. It's easy to explore them back and catchup when early. The last couple hits may require you to drop the land you just grabbed from them.

It's great in large clan battles too. Always guarantees a restart kill and forces countries from doing the cs starts that are useful for war restarts (or at least play them better - which is what this game is about). It's also something to do while you wait for a way to get into range of the killzone.

Dropping land in general is pretty good for controlled NW to stay at various ranges both to hit smaller targets and stay away from bigger threats.

and is also good wayto screw over innocent people, hence why this rule is now in place
