It's a routing issue, near as I can tell. If you are on AT&T - or are passed through AT&T at any rate - then you appear likely to be affected.

You have to find your own crest23. There's literally thousands out there. Reason because the voting sites track by IP, and 2 people using the same web proxy, the second person to use it wouldn't count.

It is likely AT&T shares default proxies across all its user base.

just type to google free webproxy and click 1st result and then choose some proxy from the list on left and etc.
