FFA could be a great experimental lab and teaching ground for new players, but it never will be as long as one man runs the entire server

and no qz i do not believe it is worth the investment of time and energy to build a solo clan on FFA and trust that LaE will suddenly behave like gentlemen

i have seen no signs that LaE will become worthy of trust
they promised us that they had new leadership and that the old leaderhip would never come back here we are a couple of months later and the old guard is back
and the killing of solo clans and the attempt to drive players off the site is back with them
right now they are attempting to drive five players away from the game forever, me among them
actually i guess its down to four now that zues has quit

i repeat my suggestion of GCDI that prevents clans from ruining weeks of effort and enjoyment

we killed hellrush, while he was tagged, because he went to our allies and tried to turn them against us, and then threatened to suicide

we killed Zeus because we had a run in with him earlier in the set, he had 15 4mill nw dict farmers that had anti lae/large clan country names, and we were told by 2 seperate sources that he was planning to suicide.

We at lae get suicided by about 6-7 usual suspects multiple times every set, and we have to be proactive in the protection of our stockers, so when we see suicide builds, country themes, and things like this, we will kill them first before they can do tens of billions worth of damage.

I personally see nothing wrong with this. As I said, there are 840+ untags, and we arn killin them all are we?

It's true - we plan to kill all 841 of them by set end. We're just waiting until the very last day to make it much more dramatic and theatrical!

a different way of looking at it is the old suggestion which was welcomed by many of an individual server where you could have multiple countries and clans were not allowed
that would require setting up an entirely new server with all the head aches it would create for the admins

some have called such an individual server a true free for all server as opposed to this morass of cheating we have now

this suggestion was merely that the site could have such a true free for all running concurrent with FFA with one simple tweak

this true free for all subset of FFA would probably increase player participation by forty percent and even the overly emotional dimwits who have posted here should understand the benefits of that

look at the other 700
it looks like they havent even been played
some might be restarts
but there are tons of green countries who never bothered to play this set

as to fordy's assertion that none of the untagged ever got farmed by or had any problem with LaE that can only be true if LaE is now so busy self farming they no longer have time to hit other people

i say if you try the GDCI and publicize it you get thirty new players if you dont you can go back to the current mess
if the admins polled the untaggeds i bet most of them would hop on a chance to play such a true ffa

there are many threads through the months requesting just such a server, i look forward to the day it arrives

i have 5 untagged countries in FFA i use for testing hehe
