I've clicked on BBOGD and voted. It keeps saying I should have my reward. Don't have it AND Earth Empires still says my bonus is available -which allows me to go back to BBOGD and try again - which I do but same vicious cycle...

Thank you for reporting the issue. There was a period of around 18 hours where this bonus didn't work but it looks to be fixed now. I'm seeing new bonus rewards come in.
