Currently there is an inconsistency in how tech percentages are displayed on the Buy Tech screen.
example:
Military (86%)
Industrial (133.13%)
Suggestion - standardize it so that each tech shows 1 or 2 decimal places.
This might cause an issue with the longest entry, Military Strategy (120%) currently defining the width of the left most column, but if the You Own column were to be renamed Owned - then I believe the table would be able to accommodate 1 or 2 decimals with no actual change to the table width.
As it is inconsistent now, when you buy tech you can easily see Industrial creep towards the next full percentage point, while to see the true value of Military tech a user has to navigate to the research screen to see 85.8% (it appears to be rounded up for the buy tech screen
