Get someone to develop polls for the forum =)

(and be able to include multiple polls in the same thread.)


That is something I really like about other forums that I feel is lacking here

polls for fun would be fine, i was thinking at first you wanted polls for feedback on what would be good for the game

Well, someone, like a dev, could make such a thread with a poll if they wanted.

I meant for fun though. =)

yeah at first i thought a poll on the 6 bonus turns screen you could either answer or ignore saying something like

"do you support extra land in the system?"
yes/no

"if yes would you prefer:"
active bots [will retal]
passive bots
dynamically generated countries which dont play turns
increased exploring
increased created acres
other [fill in]

something along those lines

for something like that i'd prefer a "rank your preference" system rather than a strict "choose one" poll....

I also think canada & the states should change their voting to be like that, might get them away from this 2 party system more easily

its one of the stranger systems

the obvious way not to have 2 party system is to have 1 large electorate where each seat requires

votes/(seats+1)=quota

as long as you have one seat per electorate its not very common to have more than two parties per area

sometimes you get regional parties of course

and you can have 3 way contests like the recent british election with the nationalists and the libdems

get search function too.

mmm, more than 1 poll in a thread would be a bit ridiculous.
