If your tag has been attacked 10*countries in 24 hours you can switch governments for free to tyr, dict, fasc?

People do willingly give up all sorts of freedoms when they perceive themselves to be under attack. This would help serve to counter-act the war deficit of netters getting blind-sided.

The real question, in my opinion, is should this work intra-alliance (and if it doesn't would we be able to/want to prevent allies from doing this?).

Fascist has its uses for stockpiling, and is far weaker in war than dictator or tyranny. I'm not sure about this idea, but if you change it to just tyranny/dictator, its much more reasonable.

Also, maybe limit it to when a country in your tag has been killed in the previous 24 hours you can switch for free. I think that's a better criteria than number of attacks on a tag.

It is *currently* far weaker in war than dict/tyr. It is true that there are cases where one could exploit that for netting.



Those could be done in conjunction. A single kill on a 60 man tag really doesn't seem like enough to give the entire tag mobilization.
