I wouldn't say it protects just netters

It also protects war countries from being ABd to the ground in a FS by another war country, and protects people who are already in conflicts from outside interference.

I don't know how often people who aren't netting get ABd or missiled by someone they've never attacked, but I do know that a lot of warrers like to help each other out in their wars, even helping out someone who picked a fight.

So I'd say it protects one against random acts of violence and against gangbangs.

I think a good name would be ... World Initiative for Fair Interaction, or WIFI for short. Or we could call it the Fair Play Society (FPS). Or International Suiciding Prevention (ISP).

On a serious note, I think something in its name referring to its prevention of random acts of violence would be good. It really does nothing to prevent people from warring with provocation, it just prevents outside interference in wars, or picking a fight with someone who has not offered a challenge to you.
