CENTER is where WAR ROOM should be, so you can't even read the WAR ROOM link.

I'm in both the Alliance and Express version and it does this in both games, and probably all the other version.

doesn't happen on mine. screen shot it maybe? check your browser font size, might be too big and forcing an overlap?

likely a CSS issue
do a ctrl+r or ctrl+refresh and it should be fine

I only get it on Firefox 4. I'm on a Macintosh.

In Safari and Google Chrome it shows up the way it should.
