wtf would make you think 300 hits to kill a country 2x your NW is a good idea?
its always been easier to kill up to even things out...wtf happened

the formula shold be w/e it use to be.
not sure what the change was, but its not saposta take 300 hits to kill a country,. ( now i forget the # of the one i killed :S)
but it took 305, and i bounced 5 hits. he also never logged into play turns cause i did a few spy ops thinking he must have. but he never did.

it is basically what it used to be

and yes it took a number of hits to kill a country that was bigger than yourself before;

Finally did the signature thing.

Not once you've ground down the defences it didn't.
Changed when the LG-formula was altered to reward mid-feeding and punish top-feeds (while incidentally premièring bottom-feeders by making sure smaller countries can't do jack) it happened.
