background on div tag for market goods for sale displays a semi-transparent grey background that overlaps the edges of the red dotted background.

It seems to only happen on occasion, and I haven't been able to figure out what exactly causes it, so I'm guessing it's some conditional formatting with a screw background setting?

probably forgot to close a table or span or something... there's a couple pages that we have converted HTML on a few times and that are borked... i'll keep this one in mind for later
