The only problem is having an earthquake during my heavy CS start up... hasn't happened so far in this game, but in earth 2025 it was quite the fluff.

my restart on last set got 2 missiles since apr 30th with 0.5% warf so ......

i havnt checked too much but earthquakes dont appear to destroy csites now

earthquakes still destroy CSites but at 1/5th the rate of other buildings

assuming you need to get to =>0.5 cs destroyed for it to actually get destroyed

then assuming 1% destroyed in earthquake to get 1 building destroyed youd need 50 buildings of one type but youd need 250 csites

and change it around depending on how earthquakes work, but its likely that you need a lot of csites

i just ran a test with 200 csites on 240 acres and got no earthquakes or explore losses

i did it again with 400 on about 440 and got 1 loss in a lot of turns

so it expect you to need a minimum of somewhere around 250 csites to be able to lose one in an earthquake

really to make all these things easier to balance (ab,br,bomb) there needs to be a fractional carryover of building loss though, otherwise it must be a nightmare to tune
