Imagine a unit that ''buffs'' other units in attacks. They are the mechanics, medics, etc. A minimum of them could be requiered for sending x amount of units and sending more would improve your army efficiency and lower your military losses (to a maximum level offcourse).

Now change medical tech to support tech and were in business :P (no not business tech haha).

what do they do for defending ? adds defensive strength?
