when i log on to some of my countries on the FFA server i don't get any 'news' about receiving research from my allies. am i still receiving the tech from them or is it just costing my countries in expenses to keep them?
it only affects countries in research ally #3 on any country

turns out they don't recieve the tech at all, just costs me per turn to keep the allies

The amount of tech you get is a % of the amount of tech you already have and the amount the ally teched. Do you have tech of the types they are teching?
