troops and tanks are dying for off allys even if they use only jets to attack? is this a bug? I noticed it on both primary and team with the most recent reset.

Not a bug; in E2025 off ally troops & tanks helped in an attack, and we decided to fix it so that worked and they lost the appropriate stuff.
