that's no glitch! it's a space station!

the reason that happens is because the PS brigades are returned by a bot every minute for simplicity ;) so you will always have between 0 and 60 seconds at the very end when your brigade hasn't returned yet but technically it should; it's just waiting for the next PS brigades update
