There should be no situation in this game where someone can mid-tap other countries and jump out of permanent GDI range. Declare war needs to be an option on every server - I can't believe this rule change has even lasted this long ...

And just to add - GDI is a fluffing horrible addition to this game anyway. It's powers should not be extended full stop.

I like GDI in express. It's nice. If you get greedy and double tap you open yourself up to suiciders, but if you only grab once you're safe from everything except grabs and some spy ops.

GDI in primary & express has no effect on what networth range of countries you can attack, only on the type of attacks you can use against them. Your problem is not with GDI, it is with humanitarians.
