Move it to the top to standardize it with the format of the Advisor page.

hmm, I guess it's a minor cosmetic issue.. not all that important, but could probably be adjusted easily enough. If more people wanted to see this changed, it may get done sooner. (I only do 'triage' for B&S, I'm not a game developer, so it's not like I could do anything about it even if I wanted :P)
