It didn't give me the option to re-create

just said somethin about years of famine and rise to lead

I saw that as well. Immediately after last reset ended you could create new countries, but not in the way that lets you keep the place in the tournament.

There's basically an hour period where everything needs to be caught up on. I suppose that it's theoretically possible that if you made your tourney country during that hour period that you'd get screwed like this.

We'll look into this and try to get it fixed.
