I think that all the short forms should be changed to the full words... since most people who need the tips being offered won't know the game's terminology. I've already seen "cs" and "bpt".

Or, better yet, make it so you can scroll over short forms and it gives you a definition: "Buildings Per Turn: The number of buildings a country can produce in a single turn".
