Typical rate is already set. Rare you will see it set different. I use to play with 36% for the hell of it and it was alright but I always leave it as is these days. Exceptions are at times you may want a pop boost etc but even that will be pretty uncommon. basically they have set it for you already to what is best not to say there is not instances where it be better to change it.
