If you are in GDI than you don't need troops or tanks, that way you can maximize your offense and defense. Those troops and tanks are burning food every turn. Your tech priority should be Agri before anything else. For example your spy count is so low that anyone who wants to spy you will so your spy tech is a complete waste, that should be Ag tech. Bus and Res tech is more of a luxury when you are in your stocking phase, after all more population is more food consumed, those should be agri tech as well. I can understand the wep and war techs because it makes you a less attractive target. I know farmer is really tough in express.
