This is pretty solid.

You definitely need to get bus/res tech though.

To give you an idea, i've played 15 more turns have a BPT of 75. Very similar land, but 130% bus/res tech.

I can give you some more pointers if you'd like.
BTW, Theo Casher is a very solid choice for express.

yeah - i had cash flow issues so i had to cash more turns then i wanted - and this was a test - i guess someone was having an issue uploading help

Keep getting those techs up, and I like what you did with the BPT. What is your land goal.

Btw, it's slightly more optimal to have more enterprise than residences. I can't remember the exact ratio but 1.1:1 sounds close.
