most likely its just some dude with some random name, then another dude who checked the amount of players to figure out what number they will spawn in with, then looked at the dude with reversed numbers and reversed their name, probably does not even know eachother

I changed my country name as a premium member when I saw I had an opportunity with the mirrored country numbers.
