Get a router that can restrict bandwidth by the type of traffic. Any router that you can install DD-WRT on can do this. You might even be able to install it on your current router.

the bandwidth restriction is my 1Mbps internet. which i'm mostly happy with, just can't remember which of my movies won't be available for download after 1/1/2011, so ima download as many as i can.

think they don't want me to download Pink Cadillac again. the download failed after 9 hours and only achieving 50%. why i have to start from scratch? they suppossedly hogged my bandwidth to download 50% of the movie, why they jumping back to like we didn't download any of it?
