I thought DR reset after a country made an attack? Does it have to be a successfull ss or ps to count?

darn you slag, screwed me on a retal cause I trusted you. *cries*

well it definetely doesn't reset to 0 like it is supposed to cause I did a retal on someone with 7k acres after they made a failed ss on someone and I only got 74 acres cause someone ABed him way into dr before he made the hit :(
