How long does it take DR to wear off in express? Also how long can jin gdi after making an attack? I assume i can figure the one out ingame but am feeling lazy.

I found a post in bugs/suggestions referring to a statement on it in the Announcements forum, but can't find that post :-(

Having said "I could be wrong", I would sure hope they wouldn't - obviously that statement indicates that the following text may or may not be true.

They usually don't anyways though....except for my LaEx minions, whom I brainwash to bend to my ebil cross-server cheating scam ways which which allow me to run 137 countries on the Express server.

when it comes to DR the admins do not give LaE any special advantage

It is a travesty that the ALCSA did not resolve the issues with DR on express!
