Game rules (Thanks to dagga and Charles):

1. 600 turn amnesty period. You cannot attack or be attacked if you have not played 600 turns.

2. No country without the agreed upon tag name can participate, or country not registered in this thread.

3. Restarts can hit coming OOP. Only after you are killed.

4. Game will be policed.

Police List:

If interested, post country information (including #) here. There are no spot limits.

wouldnt 1 and 3 contradict?

Only after you are killed. Chances are, your targets are so big that you can't hit OOP anyways.
