Wow....talk about almost identical strats.....Look at the progression of land from 1st to 4th place....every next country is behind the higher rank in land by about 300-400 acres.

3 hrs = 45 turns this round (4 min turns * 3 hrs)

I was in the same boat as you Mort - had to blow 440 mil in 45 min w/ a nearly empty private market. I think I could have hit 19 or 20 mil NW if it wasn't for that and my 4 food shortages when I recalled from the market, then resold w/o looking at my food...Oh well, shoulda woulda coulda, I'm still thrilled w/ my finish.

Oh I didn't pay attention I thought there were turns every 5. So 9 more turns than I thought I would have had, that would've easily put me in top 10 :P

I was making over 100K bushels per turn, I don't know the exactly number. But lets say it's 100K even. Even if I had to buy Jets off Private that would've been enough to put me at #8 :P

I had 375'ish....once a ttr jumps, running turns just ain't happenin. Although had I remember the $2b+ thing, I wouldn't have jumped nearly as early.

I played thedopeman and came in at #12. Shoulda been a little bit higher, but some retard nuked away 2000 or so acres just before i was gonna run my last 100 or so turns (running rep casher).

Oh well, still my highest NW/highest rank yet; My whole earth experience is roughly 4 rounds of express.

I was selling 240 jets/turrets on the public market right at the end there and buying at ~192 or something on private. I didn't think they'd sell, i guess you went for them lol. Thanks!
