NPC = Non-Player Character.

NPCs shouldn't speak until spoken to. and even then it should be coming out of the DM's mouth.

hmm, my modem seems to have lost it's connection. probably a coincidence. but if it ain't, somebody had better find a deep hole to hide in.

my modem seems to be functioning correctly now. somebody who recently moved in probably figured out that i don't have Cable TV for them to watch Sunday Night Football on. if there is such a thing as Sunday Night Football still.
