Well, you recognized my name, which means youre part of the cool kids club. I had been Aanallein (The Aiel's title for Lan) for like 7 sets before this. Arguably that is a much harder reference to catch. I guess my next country has to be The Father of Lies. Shidar Haran marks the coming of The Dark One.

You know Aanallein sounded familiar but despite having read the whole series twice, I didn't pick up on it. But I recognized Shaidar Haran immediately. Or as I call him, the Big Ass Myrddraal.

God, I love that series lol. I was disappointed in the ending. It wasnt bad, just wasnt what I wanted and it was clear that Sanderson had very little direction from Jordan on many characters. Im in my second read through right now!

These are two of my favorite parts in any media ever. Obviously massive spoilers of a 14 book series. Anything Nynaeve does after like book 4 is some of the dopest stuff ever. Late game she would be considered a legend during the age of legends.

I'm an enormous Sanderson fan so I actually loved the last three books. I think he faced an absolutely impossible task in finishing that series and somehow did an admirable job. Those are two great scenes for sure, both have always stuck with me. I think my favorite scene is Rand at Maradon. The image of Rand walking out with only a couple Maidens guarding him against an entire army and then summoning a maelstrom of destruction is seared into my brain.

If only he had shown up sooner. left my boy Rodel to rot! I love the part where he came back and the darkfriend had an heroed or cut out his eyes or something.
