Don't tech this set, undercutters are as bad as last time. People are already cutting down under 3k.

Someone is selling 10k bus and res for 2340 already. Hahaha. Anyone who sells that far under 3k on a Wednesday should never be allowed to tech again.

On of the reasons I hate the GDI rules in Express. There is only market for bus/res/ind/agric. The rest are fluff.
