Ratski, you need to specialize and build 100% of 1 building type. Try farms, and just sell food on private market and focus on buying agriculture tech.

You should try an all explore and simply focus on specializing. Commie with all indies and indy tech, just sell military for income
Fascist with all farms or mostly farms with some rigs and agri tech
Rep or theo with all ent/res buildings and bus/res tech
