I broke GDI on a real player. I thought only bots didn't have GDI in Express. Oh well. I decided to net my way away from them and beef up my army, but they still have missiles. Should I declare war in order to disarm the missiles?

No, it's pointless, you can't disarm until they break GDI on you.

Bots are color-coded in Express - they have yellow names on the scoresheet.
If you're grabbing off of eestats.com, then best to check using the in-game Search. =P

You'll need to be 12x bigger, which is fairly difficult in Express. Prob best to just send an apology and take a retal.

I didn't play last set so I have nothing I can brag about. But it looks like "now im nothing" didn't play any turns last set either, but he still pulled off a top 100 by creating a country. Now that's impressive.
