I just sent a couple tech request out. I am not teching this round, but do hope a techer will accept. I figure by getting free tech from someone is no worse than using spy, or attacking. I don't mind hitting someone up for land, so I don't see a problem trying to get some free tech

If you don't have any tech there is no point in having tech relation as it is a waste of money for the minimal returns...
